The STAR petticoat features a combination elastic and drawstring waist band. The Standard size has a waist size of 66cm – 96cm and the Plus size 97cm – 130cm. While the waist can be maximised to the full stretch of the elastic, alternatively the waist can be further reduced using the drawstring. This offers a wide sizing range across the Standard and Plus size STAR petticoats.
