Cardholder Information:  Information is not kept on site as our secure credit card provider keeps this information encrypted.  No credit card numbers are stored by us and we cannot access this information.  Your details are quite safe.

Returns

Any exchange or store credits, will incur a 15% restocking fee (or a minimum of $15) to cover the administration time and the work involved in the initial sending of the order and then receiving an item back into stock.  Some returned stock also has to be checked, ironed & repackaged.  Even though all of our items are sent free post within Australia, there is of course a postage fee we pay for sending the item and this postage and handling cost will not be credited. Returns must be approved prior to mailing.  Please include name, date of sale or a copy of the original invoice. Note: there is no returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Please note that international orders will incur an additional $15 administration fee to cover the extra time taken to process and post International orders.

 Afterpay payments

All orders paid with Afterpay will incur their fees of 7% of the total order value.  This fee will be charged as an additional payment to your credit card. 

International Shipping

You can request the shipping quote before the checkout process when viewing your cart.  There will be an $8 insurance charge on all international orders over $30. This will be an extra charge on your credit card.
